ECOM TOW Vehicle Power Conditioner (TVPC) is capable of operating from a power source provided by a vehicle battery system. It is intended to be used as the primary power supply for the TOW 1 and TOW 2 weapon systems, mounted in M113 APC, Jeep or a Helicopter or even in static role with any 24 volt vehicular battery. The ECOM TVPC is the same size and shape as the TOW battery assembly, NATO Stock No.6140-00-454-8261. The TVPC fits into the TOW Missile guidance set in the same manner as the TOW battery assembly. Gives TOW battalions the flexibility of deploying TOW missiles on any vehicular (or aerial) platform. Eliminates the logistics of stocking fresh battery packs. Rugged and lightweight compliant to Mil-Spec MIIL-STD-810 and MIIS-35118 design.. |
